Occasionally, Aarhus University experiences abandoned items. Usually, these are harmless items which somebody forgot.
If you think that abandoned items look suspicious, you must inform your manager who will contact the police by calling 112 or 114. If you cannot get in contact with a manager, you must call the police yourself.
The police will decide whether the building must be evacuated. Unless you think that it is a bomb which will go off before the police can act and that evacuation must take place immediately (e.g. when you can see a bomb).
