HOW CAN I GET A STUDENT CARD?

Your student identity card is your identification when you are on campus or need to document that you are enrolled at Aarhus University. Especially at exams it is important that you bring your identity card and you can also use it to get student discounts at museums, cinemas etc. The ID also functions as a keycard and gives you access to buildings outside normal hours.

HOW CAN I PRINT OR COPY AT AARHUS UNIVERSITY?

In order to print, scap or copy at Aarhus University, you must use MyPrint and you must be a registered user at AU Library. Read more information about how to print, scan or copy at Aarhus University.

 

HOW CAN I ACCESS AU'S WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION?

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

If you change accommodation at any point during your stay in Aarhus please be sure to notify the International Centre so that all important information is sent to your new address. You must also visit the Borgerservice (at Dokk 1) to update your CPR card and notify the local post office of your new address.

I WANT TO EXTEND MY STAY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You must get approval from your home institution and your AU coordinator. Once the International Centre has received approvals from both of these sources, we can extend your study period.

Be aware that there are deadlines for housing contract extensions: if you extend your stay at the last minute you may not be able to get your housing contract extended.
