AULA - e-learning system

AULA is an e-learning management system used at Aarhus Univeristy. The system is used by teachers, instructors and counsellors to pass on information to students. It is therefore very important that all students register as users in AULA as soon as possible.

First time you log on

Once you have logged in to AULA there are two things you must do:

  1. Enrol in the courses you will be taking.
You do this via "course management" in the menu to the right.
You can locate your course via "Enrol in courses". From here you can search based on the course name, ID or lecturer using the search field at the bottom of the page. This saves you from having to navigate throughout the hierarchy.
NB! Please note that courses are only set up in AULA just prior to the start of the semester.
  2. Join a year group (where applicable).
Several degree programmes use year groups.
You should join this group to receive extraordinary information from your study centre and student guidance.
You find the group under your study programme or by searching for "Year group" in AULA.
A year group has the following name: [Level]_[special area of study]_[year] - year group. (e.g.  BA_INF_2013 - year group).
