Are you an international student and have you ever felt stressed in your study life? Are you looking to improve your study-life balance?

Participate in this event where we focus on your study-life balance and the positive management of study-related stress.

Stress is an inevitable part of being a student, and most students find themselves in stressful situations from time to time, for example in connection with exam periods. Therefore, it is important to know how to manage stress and issues related to stress, because stress can have a negative impact on our everyday life.

The event will provide you with simple tools that can help you gain control of your study life, including:

  • Knowledge about stress
  • Tools for planning and structuring your studies
  • Good advice for a more balanced exam period – including advice about taking exams in Denmark

The event is held by the The Student Guidance Service at the Faculty of Arts
