If you are unsure about any of the technical aspects of your exam, we have made a number of instructional videos that might help you. The videos go over different technical aspects that you need to understand in connection with your exam – for example:

  • Things to remember before the exam
  • How to access WAYF
  • How to access Eduroam
  • How to use ITX-flex
  • How to turn in your exams in the Digital Exams system
  • How to create a PDF file

Your exam – your responsibility

Part of the preparation for your exam is to familiarise yourself with the practicalities: Where will my exam take place? Which materials are permitted? How do I access the internet? And as IT support cannot be expected to be present during the written exams at AU, it is especially important that your are technically well-prepared.

It is your own responsibility to make sure that your equipment is working and that you will be able to turn in your exams in the required formats.

If you have any questions about the technical aspects of your exam before it takes place, you are welcome to contact your local IT Support team.

You can also find the instructional videos on your study portal.
