Scan the QR code and see if the room is booked
QR codes in all classrooms will enable you to see when each room is booked - and by whom. This will help prevent any misunderstandings and problems with double bookings.
All classrooms at Arts and BSS have been given their own QR code, which is placed outside the door. This does not include rooms at the campus in Herning (due to reconstructions), at Katrinebjerg (due to sharing of rooms with ST, who have their own facility management system) and at Emdrup.
How does this work in practice?
The QR codes use data from the facility management system Syllabus. When you scan the code with your smartphone, you will be able to see a simple overview of when the room is booked on the given day and by whom. The QR code also gives access to the timetables via a link.
