Student identity card as key card
If you want to use your student identity card as a key card to AU's buildings, you must fill in this form.
Normally your card will be activated within 1 - 2 days. You do not receive any mail.
Important
- The card is strictly personal and may not be handed over to others.
- Only persons holding a key card are permitted to enter the university after closing time
- Do not let anybody else in
- Do not block the doors as that will activate the alarm system, and it will allow unauthorized persons to enter the school
- Unless otherwise agreed, the card gives you access to Plug-in, the H-building (the 'Ringgade' entrance), the M-building (entrance opposite the caretakers), the U-building and the R-building (basement entrance).
- If your card is damaged, you can contact the Information Desk where you can explain the problem, submit your name, card number and phone number
- If you lose your card, please notify the Information Desk (tel. +45 8716 4000) immediately.
