LINX project

Student projects in collaboration with industry

Students from the Department of Chemistry and iNANO have the opportunity to make an exciting project in collaboration with industry.

The student projects are carried out under LINX, which is both an innovation fond project as well as an association, in which AU, KU and DTU collaborate with a number of companies in order to find material science solutions for industry based on neutron & X-ray techniques. At AU, there are numerous possibilities for making student projects at different levels, including both bachelor and master projects.

If you would like to solve industry defined challenges, improve your CV, extent your professional network and, at the same time, get supervision and ECTS points, send an e-mail to Maja Krüger Thomsen (maja@inano.au.dk). The projects take place in Bo Brummersted Iversens research group, and the main technique employed during the projects is diffraction. It is therefore an advantage to have taken the course Materials Chemistry I.
