    • Applied programming (Q2, 5 ECTS)
    • Medicinal genome analysis (Q4, 5 ECTS)

If the student already has knowledge of programming, e.g. from Computer Science subjects, Applied Programming can be replaced by:

  •  Algorithms in Bioinformatics – Sequences (Q1, 5 ECTS credits)
  • Algorithms in Bioinformatics – Trees and Structures (Q2, 5 ECTS credits)

You are free to choose supplementary subjects from the above-mentioned list to achieve a total of 30 ECTS credits within Bioinformatics.
