AU IT and AU Finance and Estates Project Development will carry out maintenance work from Saturday 21 May at 00:01 to Sunday 22 May at 13:00. The work is necessary in order to ensure a high level of operational stability and IT security for AU staff and students.

On the weekend of 21 and 22 May, it is possible to use AV equipment in lecture theatres, classrooms and conference rooms and you can work locally on your computer  – i.e. without being connected to central IT systems, shared drives, video centre, AU’s network and internet.

Saturday 21 May

In general, most IT systems and services will function normally, but a number of systems may be affected and interruptions may occur for short periods of time between 00:01 and 19:00. The following systems and services may be affected:

  • AU mail
  • mit.au.dk
  • Syllabus
  • TYPO3 (websites)
  • Print
  • Network (fixed-line and wireless)

The following IT systems and services will be affected occasionally on Saturday 21 May between 00:01 and 19:00:

  • WAYF
  • STADS
  • Shared drives
  • Blackboard
  • Financial management systems
  • Sharepoint, Windows and SUSE servers
  • Video centre
  • Dubnium

Sunday 22 May

All IT systems and services will function normally again on Sunday 22 May. However, post.au.dk (mail for students) will still be affected between 08:00 and 13:00.
