Teaching rooms are primarily booked and used for teaching classes.
When not booked and outside opening hours, it is possible for students to use them provided the following rules are kept:

• It is allowed to use the rooms for study purposes
• It is not possible to book the rooms for study purposes
• It is not allowed to use the rooms for social events (e.g. watching films, arrangements including eating and drinking!)
• Be sure to leave the rooms tidy and ready for the next users.

 
If you keep these rules, it will still be possible to use these rooms for the right purposes.
If not, we unfortunately risk the rooms will be locked outside normal opening hours.
