During the spring of 2017, the cafeteria operations at Aarhus BSS have undergone a tender process, but due to an error in the process, the result of the tender will now be annulled. The plan was that two new food service providers were to take over the management of the cafeterias at Fuglesangs Allé and the North-East Corner on 1 November, but now the process has been annulled by AU Procurement.

“Unfortunately, an error has been made in the process. For this reason, we now have to annul the process. We have notified all bidders, and now we need to clarify how the process should  be carried out in a reissued tender,” says Head of Procurement Mogens Toft from AU Procurement.
