A variety of IT systems and IT services will be unavailable on 5–6 September

From Saturday 5 September at 6 pm till Sunday 6 September at 2 pm, a variety of IT systems and IT services will be maintained and optimised and it is necessary to put them out of operation shortly. As a rule, you cannot carry out work where you need the university’s IT in this time span.

AU IT will maintain and optimise the university’s IT from Saturday 5 September at 6 pm till Sunday 6 September at 2 pm. This means that the IT will be switched on and off, and as a rule you cannot use AU’s IT systems and IT services in this time span.

You are able to work with files locally on your computer and use the AV equipment at AU the entire weekend.

Why is it necessary to put AU’s IT systems out of operation?

The work this weekend is necessary to ensure high performance stability on AU’s IT, e.g. AU’s network, Blackboard, STADS and Syllabus. Additionally, AU IT will make a number of security updates this weekend which need to be installed as soon as possible.

During next week, you will be able to find a more detailed list of the affected IT systems and IT services at http://driftstatus.au.dk/en.

Electricity work at Fuglsangs Allé

In the same time span, AU Finance and Estates Project Development will carry out electricity work at Fuglsangs Allé.
