Office hours and contact to Study Service Science and Technology

Study Service ST is a ‘one stop shop’ for all student enquiries about teaching, examinations, case handling, student counselling and much more. You can find Study Service ST in the Ambulatory at the Department of Mathematics (building 1530, room 129).

The office is open every day from 10.00 to 12.30.

  • You can get help with questions related to study-life such as:
  • Teaching (for instance registration for courses, Bachelor and Master degree contract)
  • Exam (e.g. , exam registration, 1st-year exam)
  • Exemptions
  • Case processing
  • Delays
  • Credit
  • Stays abroad (every Wednesday)
  • - and other questions relating to your study program you may have.

Board of Studies and the directors of studies

The three boards of studies: The Board of Studies at Aarhus University School of Science, the Board of Studies for molecular Medicine and the Board of Studies for Aarhus University School of Engineering deals with all types of applications for exemptions concerning examinations, ex ante and final approval of credit transfer. The boards of studies also treats study programs composition and courses offered.

The department of Board of Studies Support and Degree Programme Quality Assurance (SNUK) handles, among other things, exemption cases for the board of studies, bachelor-and master degree contracts, STADS, temporary enrolment, applications for re-enrolment, administrative change of program, study inactivity, academic regulations, accreditation, management information, examination complaints, problems with print-outs, etc.
