Late registration for exams

If you need to apply for exemption to register late for exams please use the form under EKSAMEN.

Self-service

Many study programmes are not yet in place following the conversion. We are making intensive efforts to remedy this, but it means that the self-service facility will not be accurate for everyone. All the examinations you have passed have been registered – and you cannot lose these results. However, they may not be visible to you at present.

You may find that you cannot print out a confirmation of enrolment. If you are missing one, please contact studiekontor.nat@au.dk – and we will help you with it.

If you are otherwise in doubt about anything regarding your enrolment, marks, etc. – or you require a transcript of records – you are always welcome to send an e-mail to studiekontor.nat@au.dk. We try to answer everyone as soon as possible.

Special information for students from the former Faculty of Agricultural Sciences:

The studies administration at Trøjborg is currently being merged with the studies administration at Science and Technology, Ny Munkegade 120. Furthermore, Lone Svensson and Mette Thomsen are changing jobs and Rasmus Pedersen is on paternity leave until 6 February 2012. This means that new employees at AU have been assigned to handle students from agricultural sciences.

Dispensation from the rules, credit transfer, preliminary credit transfer, approval of contracts as well as applications regarding special terms for exams will be handled by Susanne  B. Frederiksen from Science and Technology.

Trøjborg:
Susanne Frydendal and Sophie van Vliet will be available at Trøjborg from 8 a.m to 10 a.m. daily during the teaching period (from 23 January) and by appointment. They can help you with practical matters related to the facilities at Trøjborg.
