ANNOUNCEMENTS

New SU grant rules
From 1 July 2016, students who are delayed by more than six months (30 ECTS) in their studies will no longer be entitled to an SU grant under the State Educational Grant and Loan Scheme in Denmark. The new rules apply to students who start a new post-secondary degree on 1 July 2016 or later.

For Emdrup Campus and Herning Campus
In future, students from Emdrup Campus and Herning Campus can contact the Danish Students’ Grants and Loans Scheme Office via an iPad which is available from the local student counsellors on Tuesdays between 10 and 11 and on Thursdays between 13 and 14.

If you need someone else to act on your behalf in relation to your SU, you must send a power of attorney form to the the Danish Students’ Grants and Loans Scheme Office. Click here for Power of attorney (PDF).

The Danish Students’ Grants and Loans Scheme Office is open for telephone enquiries and one-to-one meetings

  • Monday 9-12 (face-to-face)
  • Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9-12 (phone and face-to-face)
  • Wednesday closed

The face-to-face meeting with an SU member of staff takes place in the Information Centre (see map). 

When writing, you must provide your full name as well as your student registration number so that we can identify you.

Scholarships

The Danish Students’ Grants and Loans Scheme Office administers a number of scholarships. Unless otherwise stated, you must apply using an ordinary scholarship application form (PDF).
