Pre-approval of your first priority

It is the board of studies at your department that decides how many courses at the host university equals 30 ECTS, so you may want to acquaint yourself with the guidelines at your main academic area.
The pre-approval must be signed by your board of studies or director of studies. If the courses being offered in the semester you are applying for are not yet available on the website, you should select a study program on the basis of the courses currently offered.
If you are offered a study placement at a university other than your first priority, we will automatically ask you to submit a new pre-approval for the given university.
You can download the pre-approval form here. This form MUST be used for all overseas destinations.
