Your gateway to all the information you need about your studies and relevant self-service systems

To find all your important student information in one place, go to mystudies.au.dk . Here you will see your latest Brightspace messages, your AU emails, and news and events relevant to your degree programme. On mystudies.au.dk, you can also see your timetable and courses, and you can access relevant self-service systems, like course registration in STADS.

In your AU student mailbox, you will receive emails with information you need to complete your studies – such as emails notifying you about important deadlines. Your lecturers, student counsellors or other members of staff will also use your AU student email for important one-to-one communication. If you have applied for advanced approval, credit transfers or dispensation, you may also receive emails with questions regarding your application – though you will receive the final decision in your e-Boks.

  • Information about the student guidance available to you and how to ask for it. On studerende.au.dk, you will also find news and events with current offers as well as other important messages that may be relevant for you.

Brightspace is the platform for daily communication about your individual courses. This is where your lecturer will share course plans and reading lists. If a lecture is cancelled or moved, you will also be notified about this on Brightspace.

Teams

Do you need to collaborate with
others or join an online AU community?

As a student at AU, you have access to Teams, which is part of the Microsoft 365 package. Teams offers you and your fellow students a safe space to communicate and collaborate online. 

  • You can use Teams to chat with your study group or to share and collaborate on files. 
  • You and your fellow students can create teams for the communities on your degree programme or those that bring together students with similar interests across the university, such as student associations.  
  • You will also find year group teams (or similar teams) with relevant information about student life at AU and your study environment.
