All Student Services Gathered in One Place at Universitetsbyen
Student Services is the name of the new shared service point where you can get help if you have questions about your studies or need IT support. You’ll find Student Services at Universitetsbyen in building 1854.
From now on, if you need help or have questions about things like transcripts, study planning, doubts about your degree programme, exchange opportunities, CV checks, student ID cards, lost property, logging into new systems, or connecting to Eduroam, there is only one place you need to go.
At Student Services you can get help with:

Exchange programmes
If you’re studying law, psychology, or political science/social science, your academic and career advisors, as well as peer study advisors, will now be located at Universitetsbyen. There will no longer be guidance or study information services available at Tåsingegade.
Continued Services for Students at Fuglesangs Allé
The Student Services at Fuglesangs Allé will remain in place until the campus is vacated.
If you are studying business administration, business law, ITKO, economics, or politics & economics, you can still find your academic and career advisors and peer study advisors in building 2610 (S), 4th floor. IT support and building services are located in building 2668, room M21.
The university will vacate the premises at Fuglesangs Allé in early 2026.
