Resource Booker

Resource Booker is an online requesting tool which enables students at the Faculty of Arts, at Aarhus University to book vacant teaching rooms and group rooms at resourcebooker.au.dk.

Which rooms can you book?

As a student you have access to two different booking systems in the Resource Booker tool: one is for booking of regular teaching rooms and one is for booking of group rooms.

Below you can see in which areas at Aarhus University you can use Resource Booker

Teaching rooms can be booked in these areas:

  • Fuglesangs Allé
  • Katrinebjerg
  • Nobelparken
  • Moesgaard
  • Tåsingegade
  • Emdrup

Group study rooms can be booked in these areas:

  • Fuglesangs Allé
  • Nobelparken
  • Emdrup

On the link resourcebooker.au.dk it is possible to download a user guide. The user guide gives a brief overview of the possibilities in Resource Booker. The user guide can be downloaded using the “help”-link in the lower left corner of the main menu, once you have logged on.
