Welcome to the Student Counselling Office for students at the Danish School of Education, Aarhus and Emdrup

We are still here - now with online office hours via Zoom

The student Counsellors' office is still closed for personal and telephone enquiries, but you can contact us by email. As something new, you can also contact us via Zoom certain office hours – without making an appointment in advance.

How does it work?

  • Click on the link (below)
  • If there is a 'queue', you will automatically start the meeting in the "waiting room"
  • When it is your turn, the councellor will admit you
  • You decide whether you want to be use the video function or not. Default is 'off'

When you write us:

Please remember to state your program in the subject field, and to inform us of your student registration number in the e-mail. The more information you're able to provide about your situation, the better we will be able to help you.

Use your AU email (find it at mysudies)

When contacting us via email, it is important that you always use your AU email account. This is to ensure that your personal data are protected in the best possible way, as AU’s email system is a secure system, and to ensure faster processing of your enquiries.

In order to protect your personal data in the best possible way, we will send all replies to your email enquiries to your AU email account.

You can contact any of us for help - but each of us has an academic specialisation, so we may refer you to another student counsellor for certain questions. If we can't answer your questions, we will normally be able to direct you to someone who can.
