Turning up very early in the morning to find a classroom for group work and examination preparation will not be a necessity anymore. From now on, all students at Aarhus University will be able to book available classrooms from home via the online system Web Room Booking.

However, you can only book available rooms on the day that you need the room – that is, from midnight onwards.

Which rooms are available for booking?

Web Room Booking currently consists of two booking systems for classrooms and study seats at the libraries, respectively. Yet another system will soon be implemented for booking music rooms – practice rooms, choir rooms, keyboard labs and three rooms with pianos.

How do you book?

All students at AU who have a password for mit.au.dk can use the booking system. The number on the student identity card is your username. There are two types:

Username: ab12345 (former ASB students)
Password: password for mit.au.dk

Username: 12345678 (students at Arts and former SAM)
Password: password for mit.au.dk

You can book classrooms at the following localities:

  • Nobel Park
  • Fuglesangs Allé
  • Trøjborg

You can book study seats at the following libraries:
