Students will along with a working group consisting of interdepartmental representatives ensure that no tasks at BSS remain unsolved. The group will meet every three weeks to address large as well as minor tasks.

Aarhus University received a letter Friday morning containing a bomb threat against Campus Fuglesangs Allé. The area was searched by the police and nothing suspicious was found.

Out of more than 50 entries from different universities around the world, economics student Boris Georgiev from Aarhus University has just received an impressive 2nd place for the Best Undergraduate Paper 2012.

As of Monday 22 October, all the old student e-mails in the @post.au.dk system will be inaccessible while AU IT migrates them to a new server. A fire that broke out in connection with renovations in building 1445 has affected the server containing the students’ mailboxes. The mailboxes can send and receive new e-mails and redirect them as usual.

At the annual BSS graduation ceremony, the Danish Export Association presented its awards for this year's best theses. In addition to the title, the winners also received a cash prize for their export-promoting work.

As tradition speaks, a big graduation ceremony was held on Friday 5 October for graduates in 19 courses in language and business communication and business administration from the School of Business and Social Sciences. Also, the best two master theses were awarded by the Danish Export Association.
