Now you will get a single point of access to all your study systems

From 1 November, you will get access to a new personalised portal. The portal gathers all study-related information from the existing systems and provides you with a single access point to information about your teaching and studies as well as to the self-service system - and you only need to log in once.

During the spring of 2017, the portal has been tested by students at Arts, and it has now been improved and adjusted based on both their positive and critical feedback.

Simple, straightforward, and with a single login

You can access using your WAYF login. This is the same login you use to access e.g. Blackboard. On the portal, you will find a timetable that gives you an overview of your teaching in the current week. You can also page forward if you want to see a different week.

You can also find:

  • Your three most recent messages in Blackboard
  • A list of the courses for which you are registered
  • Your academic regulations and a clear overview of your degree programme
  • News and events as well as direct links to information about e.g. exams, studying abroad and student counselling on your study portal.

You also gain direct access to your personal information on a range of different study administrative systems such as, Student Self-Service (STADS), digital exams and your AU mail account. You can also access via a mobile phone or tablet. gives you a complete overview, but the portal does not replace the current systems. As such, you can still find important information about your degree programme on Blackboard, and your study portal. You must also keep checking your student email and e-boks for important information.

If you have any questions

Students at Aarhus BSS are welcome to provide feedback about the site and whether it is working as intended or could be improved in any way. Please send an email to

The new portal will be implemented at the other AU faculties during the autumn of 2017 and in 2018.
