Dear students,
On Friday 10 July, the teaching plans will be available in Timeplaner (Timetables). This means that you can access the plans through your study portal and get an overview of your autumn semester.
The timetables are fixed. However, towards the start of the semester, we will continue to work on the format of the teaching. Particularly the mix between on-site and online teaching.
After the long physical lockdown caused by COVID-19, Aarhus BSS, along with other institutions of higher education, is currently planning how to reopen the school for on-site teaching in autumn 2020 in a responsible manner. We are focusing on offering our students as much on-site teaching as possible, but also on taking high-risk students into consideration and adhering to the health authorities’ current guidelines.
Before the start of the new semester, you will receive guidelines for what to do when you attend on-site classes after the summer holiday. The information will be sent to your AU email and will also be available on your study portal. We will also send out information for high-risk individuals and guidelines on what to do in case one or more students is diagnosed with COVID-19.
Best, Vice-dean Per Andersen
