The IT systems will take a break on 25 January

On Saturday 25 January the IT systems and IT services at Aarhus University will be maintained and optimised. Therefore you will not be able to access them in a shorter period of time. As a rule, you cannot carry out work, where you need the university’s IT this day.

AU IT will maintain and optimise the university’s IT systems and IT services during Saturday 25 January from 00.01 to 23.59. All of the university’s IT will be affected by periodic interruptions during this period, so you should not plan on being able to use the university's IT systems and IT services on the 25 January. 

For instance, this means that you should not expect to be able to access:

• your work computer (if it is a "domain PC"). 
• your AU email and calendar - both staff email and student email.
• mit.au.dk (Self-service).
• STADS.
• files saved on shared drives/network drives
• print services via the network.
• course systems such as BlackBoard, CampusNet, AULA, FirstClass and CourseAdmin.
• systems for course administration
• administrative systems.
• AU websites and PURE.

The interruption in service has been scheduled so as to affect as few users as possible. AU IT apologises for any inconvenience and asks for your patience.
