Resource Booker

Resource Booker is an online requesting tool that enables students at Aarhus University (BSS and Arts) to book vacant group rooms and classrooms at resourcebooker.au.dk

Teaching rooms can be booked in these areas:

  • Fuglesangs Allé
  • Nordøstre Hjørne
  • Nobelparken
  • Katrinebjerg
  • Moesgaard
  • Tåsingegade

Group study rooms can be booked in these areas:

  • Fuglesangs Allé
  • Nordøstre Hjørne
  • AU-Library - Nobelparken
  • Campus Herning
  • Emdrup

How to use Resource Booker

When you book vacant classrooms, study spaces and group rooms, we encourage you to:

  • Help us make the most of our rooms. Please select a room that corresponds to your number of participants and purpose – with room for physical distancing and other health considerations.
  • Look into whether the student places in building 2610(S) at Fuglesangs Allé can be used. These rooms are not booked via Resource Booker.

Start by completing the fields with a user name and a password.

·         User name : auAUID@uni.au.dk e.g. au123456@uni.au.dk (AU ID can be found at mitstudie.au.dk)

·         Password: Same password as the one attached to the AU ID (UNI-login at PC, eduroam etc.)

On resourcebooker.au.dk it is possible to download a user guide. The user guide gives a brief overview of the possibilities in Resource Booker. Download the user guide by using the “Help”-link in the lower left corner of the main menu, once you have logged in.
