The Mentorship Programme - Medicine

The Mentorship Programme at Medicine

The basic idea behind the mentorship programme at medicine is that Master’s degree students (mentors) should guide students taking the first to fifth semester of the Bachelor's degree program (mentees) about life as a student. Mentor groups are also offered, in which junior doctors (mentors) provide information and guidance for Master’s degree students (mentees) about life as a Master’s degree student and junior doctor.

The mentors will thus supplement the efforts of the student teachers, the student advisers and the student counsellors’ office in ensuring a good study environment. In other words, the mentorship programme should be seen as part of the broad range of initiatives to ensure a good study environment and to retain and motivate the students.
