On 21 May, His Majesty King Frederik will cut the ribbon at the inauguration of the University City, along with 700 invited guests. The following day, the University City will open its doors to the public for an afternoon of live music, guided tours, speed lectures and open-house events.

These events will affect access to the University City on 21 and 22 May.

Bike parking

To keep the University City as accessible as possible for the many guests on 21 and 22 May, we encourage people not to park their bikes in the University City on these days.

Exams, groups rooms and study spaces

There are a couple of exams in the University City on 21 May, and  these will take place as planned. Due to the changes in building access, group rooms and study spaces will not be available on 22 May. If you need to enter an office corridor to speak with a teacher, you must have that person let you in.

Canteens closed on 21 and 22 May
Food & Co.’s canteens in the University City will be completely or partially closed on both Thursday 21 May and Friday 22 May.
