As a student at AU, you have a lot of digital platforms to keep track of. Here’s an overview of where to find the information you need.
Where can I find my exam schedule? Where can I see what I need to read for tomorrow? Where can I communicate with my student counsellor? As a student at Aarhus University, you get important information on a number of different platforms – and it can be challenging to navigate them.
We’ve put together a short guide to the different platforms to help you find the information you need. So you can spend less time clicking and more time reading, learning and socialising.

| Your AU email: | Here you’ll get important information about your programmes, like registration deadlines, as well as emergencies and urgent information and one-to-one communication with AU staff, like your lecturer or supervisor |
| Brightspace: | Here’s where you’ll find day-to-day information about your classes, like your course plan and reading lists. Here you’ll also be informed about cancellations and scheduling changes. |
| Your study portal at studerende.au.dk: | Here you’ll find all the important information about your degree programme, including exam schedules, rules and guidelines, deadlines, internships and student guidance |
| Teams: | You can use Teams to collaborate and chat, for example with your study group or year group |
