The AU Exam Hall: What you need to know before your exam

Are you a student in Aarhus, and are you taking any written on-site exams this winter? Then you’ll be taking your exams at the AU Exam Hall. Here’s some important practical information about the exam hall and how to get there to help you prepare.

How to get to the AU Exam Hall

The address of the exam hall is Ib Spang Olsens Gade 7 in Lisbjerg. You can get there on the light rail (take the L2 line and get off at Klokhøjen) or bus 200 northbound (get off at Lisbjerg Erhvervspark/Søftenvej).

Extra departures have been added to this bus line on the busiest exam days in December and January. These extra buses will depart from Park Allé and subsequent northbound stops 1-2 minutes before regularly scheduled departures on the following days:

There’s also a commuter bike path that goes right by the AU Exam Hall. There’s plenty of bike parking at the exam hall.

If you’re driving

If you’re planning on driving, please be aware that parking is limited at the AU Exam Hall. We recommend that you plan on parking in the car park by the Klokhøjen light rail stop instead. If you do decide to park at the AU Exam Hall, remember to register your car on the info display in the foyer. If you don’t, you might get a fine.

Note that parking in the car parks belonging to the businesses around the AU Exam Hall is NOT allowed. If you do, you might get a fine – or even worse, your car might be towed away.

Remember to show consideration

Remember to be considerate of your fellow students and ongoing exams inside AU Exam Hall.

During your exams, please keep your voice down if you need to talk to the exam supervisor or IT support. When you’re finished with your exam, please leave the room as quietly as possible out of consideration for fellow students who have been given extra time to finish theirs.
