The US presidential elections 2024 - What to expect?

On November 5. voters in the US will go to the polls to elect a new president as well as new members of Congress. There has been ample media attention on the electoral campaigns by Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, and also in Europe many will closely follow what happens on election day eager to see what the results will be.

In this panel discussion, we will highlight the state of the race on the morning of the election. In the conversation we will point out what students should be looking out for when following the election later in the day, and answer questions such as which states will be most important, or what the likely outcome will be. There will also be ample time for questions from the audience to make sure everyone who attends feels well prepared to follow the election.
