Challenge: Future ( - a global student competition, aimed at promoting collaboration andinnovation for the world's sustainable future. We welcome all undergraduate andpostgraduate students aged 18-30 to take part in this exciting initiative,explore their talents and creativity and compete for great prizes, includingthe EUR 20,000 grand award!
Challenge:Future is envisioned as a collaborative contest bringing togethercreative students, mentors, business schools, innovative organizations andideas from around the globe.
The topic of this year's competition is Future of Connecting, with sixsubthemes are as follows

-         Move It! – the future oftransportation
-         What's the Buzz? – the futureof media
-         Eat that Carrot! – the futureof health
-         Youth Rulz! – the future ofyouth in society
-         Fast Forward – the future ofprosperity
The online platform www.challengefuture.orgis already open, and students can register, get to know the platform,form teams (2-4 people per team) and start brainstorming on the challenges theyfind especially appealing to them (by now, we have over 300 students fromvarious countries registered). The deadline for registration is November 18,but the sooner they get on, the better they will be prepared to the challenges –and also have a chance to compete for prizes in the "warm-up" challenge, whichwe will announce soon. Faculty members can also take part as mentors to thecompeting teams.
The first round of the competition will start on November 21, and based on itsresults, 180 selected teams will qualify for semi-finals in January, and the 18finalist teams will come in April to Bled, Slovenia (named as the 5th mostidyllic place by Forbes!) to compete for the EUR 20,000 grand award. In thefirst round, students have to submit their solutions online; semi-finals –solutions+short video online; and the finals is head-to-head competition.
