As an exchange student you will be automatically signed up for courses. You will not be able to see the courses starting in the second quarter of the semester or the second semester but that does not mean that you have not been signed up. You will be able to see courses in the second quarter in October and courses in the second semester in January.
In the event that you need to change your courses, you need to get an approval from your Erasmus coordinator at Aarhus University. You are not allowed to change your course programme without permission from the Erasmus coordinator. Once your new programme has been approved, your course registration will be changed automatically.
Learning Agreements
Your learning agreement can be signed by your Erasmus coordinator at Aarhus University or a member of staff from the International Team at Science and Technology.
As a full degree student you must register for courses via selfservice.
The registration period for fall semester 2015 is May 1st - May 10th.
The registration period for spring semester 2016 is November 1st - November 10th.
All registrations are binding after the registration period has ended.
