ITEASc workshop: BsC, MSc, PhD students and Postdocs

We are happy to invite you to the ITEASc workshop 2025.

The two days workshop is free of charge, including workshop activities, meals and accommodation.
When you register, you will be asked to pay a deposit of DKK 200. The deposit will be reversed when you turn up at the workshop.
Participants at the workshop will earn 1 ECTS point.

The aim of the ITEASc workshop is to train Bsc, MSc, PhD students, and Postdocs in the Natural & Technical Sciences in interdisciplinary communication, thinking, and project development.

What you will learn
The workshop includes an element of interdisciplinary development as well as an introduction to presentation techniques. The students will be introduced to useful tools, to work with interdisciplinary communication and to provide a good presentation of, for example, work from their own Master's or PhD research. The workshop is facilitated by Peter Hyldgård from Sciencecom.dk

At the workshop you will meet and network with students / PHD students and teachers from Aarhus University, the University of Copenhagen, Technical University of Denmark and University of Southern Denmark as well as keynote speakers focusing on interdisciplinary research. 

The program includes a keynote presentation, a poster session, training in interdisciplinary research communication, project development and a pitch session with a grand Pitch price for the best presentation.

Registration deadline: 30 June 2025.

Participation requires submission of a 250 word motivation letter describing why you want to participate, your interests and background and what you are able to contribute to the workshop. You should also bring a poster, which you can use to present yourself, your project, your ideas or your company.
