Stress symptoms

Stress symptoms differ from person to person. Good stress management starts with knowing your own stress symptoms.

 

The symptoms are divided into three subgroups, and whether you experience mostly physical, psychological or behavioural symptoms or a mixture of all three types will depend on who you are. People's experiences are very different.

 

It is important to point out that the symptoms listed below are not necessarily stress-related. If in doubt, you need to consult your doctor to establish exactly why you are experiencing particular symptoms.
