Business Psychology will be offered as cand.merc. from the 2026 intake

From the 2026 intake, the Master’s degree programme in Business Psychology will be offered as both MSc in Economics and Business Administration - Business Psychology (cand.merc.) and MSc in Business Administration - Business Psychology (cand.soc.). The two tracks are taught jointly with identical courses, teaching, and examinations. Your final degree title depends on the track you choose.

The Master’s in Business Psychology is designed to meet a growing demand for graduates who can combine business acumen with psychological insight into human behaviour and organisational development. The interdisciplinary focus of the programme prepares graduates to create value in organisations and address organisational challenges, from enhancing employee performance and well-being to managing transformative change and strategic decision-making. Graduates in Business Psychology are prepared for roles such as HR Business Partner, People Development Partner, Organisational Development Consultant, and Management Consultant.
