Aim

The aim of this course is to bring the students up-to-date on the most basal molecular biological techniques based on a theoretical part and a laboratory course. An introduction to both classic and more recent approaches in genetics and genome analysis will also be given.

 

Contents

Enzymes in molecular biology, cloning strategies, PCR, expression in prokaryotes and eukaryotes, mutagenesis, proteome and genome analysis, genetics.
