Contents
The goal of the course is to present and discuss the statistical inference of a collection of important statistical models.
Graphical models for contingency tables: the Markov property, estimation and tests, collapsibility, decomposable models, hierachical models, sampling schemes. Statistical models for survival data: hazard function, integrated intensity, graphical methods, parametric models, Cox's regression model. The spherical normal distribution.
Level: 3. year
Course period: One semester course
Teaching arrangement: 3 hours lectures and 3 hours problem session a week.
