The goal of the course is to provide the participants with knowledge of the construction and performance of a computer system consisting of hardware components such as I/O devices and processing units.
Headlines:
The computer regarded as levels of virtual machines including the digital logic level, the microprogramming level, the traditional machine level and the operating systems level, examples of the implementation of one level by means of lower levels, the components of a computer system and their interaction on the traditional machine level including the synchronization of components running in parallel.
