The aim is to present fundamental ideas, methods and subjects of statistics related to central statistical models.
The course is an introduction to mathematical statistics and statistical analysis of concrete data sets. Possible subjects are: Binomial and multinominal models, Poisson models,linear normal models, multiple regression, analysis of variance, variance component models, multivariate statistics, time series.
Level: 2. year
Course period: Two semester course
Teaching arrangement: 3 hours of lectures and 3 hours of exercise per week; 3 compulsory assignments.
