Animal Derived Foods for Human Health
A two-day Conference on the importance of animal derived foods for human health will be held at KU-LIFE, Copenhagen, Denmark the 7th – 9th of November. The conference is held under the umbrella of the EU-COST action “Feed for Health.

The programme will include presentations under the headings: “Milk Quality for Health”, “Consumer Perceptions of Sustainable Food and Food Production”, “Egg and Fish Products for Health”, and “Meat Quality for Health”.
Results from the Danish Research network “Tailored Milk and Human Health” supported by the Danish Research Council for Strategic Research will be presented in three milk related sessions: “Milk composition”, “Mechanism of action of milk components”, and “Impact of milk components on human health” within “Milk Quality for Health”.
There is no registration fee but registration is required. Abstracts are welcome.
