Graduate Programme Night at Aarhus BSS is an annual event that gives you the opportunity to meet and talk to interesting companies and learn more about their different graduate programmes for a night in informal settings.
The event is especially popular because of the big interest and engagement between students and companies.
Graduate Programme Night is exclusively for 3rd semester Full-degree Master students at Aarhus BSS.
When you sign up, please note that you must wish the five different companies that you find the most interesting for you to meet. We match you with three of them for in-depth group sessions.
Which companies should you wish?
Before you indicate which five companies you want to meet, we encourage you to do some research on the participating companies. What do they offer? And what do you find interesting? We made it easier for you to do the research. Click on a company from the company list on this page to read about their graduate programmes.
The companies you know in advance might not offer the best graduate programme for you, so stay curios and open-mindend. And note that you will have the opportunity to meet other companies afterwards at the open session.

A graduate programme is a fixed-term entry-level job offered by companies to graduates without the need for previous work experience.
They are used by companies to attract competent graduates, investing in a long-term vision of these as specialists and potential future leaders.
You need to be talented, ambitious and dedicated, but grades are not everything. Companies look after the full picture.
Graduate programmes include a salary, and usually involve rotations within the company and typically last between 12 and 24 months.
