Welcome to new students at Aarhus University

If you have not previously accessed mystudies.au.dk, you must first confirm your student place and then activate your account by following the link in your letter of admission. Once your account has been activated, you can access mystudies.au.dk.

If you have already accessed mystudies.au.dk but get an error when logging in at mystudies.au.dk now, you can contact mitstudie@au.dk. Please include your student ID and the error message.

If you have general questions regarding your AU account, please contact your local IT-support.

Synchronise schedule to calendar with iCal

At mystudies.au.dk, you can synchronise your schedule to your own calendar with iCal. Click Synchronise with calendar, copy the iCal link and import it to your preferred calendar.

 

Setup (iPhone/iPad):

  1. Copy the link from the text field on mystudies.au.dk > Synchronise with calendar
  2. Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  3. Choose Passwords & Accounts and then Add Account
  4. Choose Other and then Add Subscribed Calendar
  5. Paste the iCal link into the text field next to Server
  6. Choose Next and Save
  7. Your schedule will now appear in your calendar app

 

Setup (Google Calendar):

  1. Copy the link in the text field on mystudies.au.dk > Synchronise with calendar
  2. In your browser, go to Google Calendar and log in with your Google account
  3. Next to Other calendars, click the +
  4. Choose From URL
  5. Paste the iCal link into the text field and choose Add calendar
  6. Your schedule will now appear under Other calendars. It might take a few minutes before your schedule is loaded.

 

Android phones:

Add the iCal link to Google Calendar in your browser as described above. This will add your schedule to your Google Calendar as well as long as you are using the same Google Account. You can choose to display or hide the schedule in your Google Calendar app.

 

Apple Calendar:

  1. Copy the link from the text field on mystudies.au.dk > Synchronise with calendar
  2. Open Apple Calendar.
  3. Choose the option New Calendar Subscription from the File menu.
  4. Paste the URL you just copied into the text box and click OK.
  5. Check whether the Auto-refresh feature is enabled so timetable changes will be implemented automatically.
  6. Click OK to add the internet calendar.

 

Outlook 2016

  1. Copy the link from the text field on mystudies.au.dk > Synchronise with calendar
  2. Open Microsoft Outlook.
  3. Go to calendar view by clicking the button Calendar in the bottom left of the screen.
  4. Click Open calendar and From internet.
  5. Paste the URL you just copied into the text box and click OK.
  6. Click Yes to add the internet calendar to Outlook.

 

 

Office 365 (Browser)

  1. Copy the link from the text field on mystudies.au.dk > Synchronise with calendar
  2. Go to your Office 365 Calendar.
  3. Click Add calendar.
  4. Select From Internet from the menu.
  5. Paste the copied URL into the text box Link to the calendar.
  6. Click Save to add the calendar.

Outlook for Mac:

 

 

It is not possible to add an iCal link to Outlook for Mac. As an alternative, you can add the iCal link to your webmail in a browser. (See guide above) After restarting the Outlook for Mac application, your schedule will be available in your calendar.

 

Other phones and apps:

 

If your phone or calendar app is not mentioned here, find an iCal guide for the specific device or app online and use the iCal link from mystudies.au.dk.

 

Delay in synchronisation:

When synchronising with iCal, changes to your schedule might not appear in your own calendar instantly. The delay depends on your device, app and settings. However, changes made to your schedule with short notice, will be updated on mystudies.au.dk instantly and you will receive an email to notify you of the changes.

 

Delete link and generate a new one:

The iCal link contains your personal schedule. If you lose your device and want to prevent others from getting access to your schedule, you can delete the link and generate a new one. Click Synchronise with calendar and then delete link and generate a new one. Remember to import the new link to your calendar.

My schedule is empty

If your schedule is empty, make sure that you are signed up for the courses and that the schedule has been published. You can find more information on the student portals (Links to student portals) or contact student services directly if you have specific questions about your schedule.

Mystudies.au.dk is only for students on Aarhus University, including exchange students.

Not all PhD students are registered as students. Ask your faculty if you cannot login and need more information.

Transcript of Records

To print your transcript of records, go to mystudies.au.dk, click Degree programme overview in the top bar and choose Print transcript of records in the top right corner. Choose a language and click Download.

If you have any questions about the content of you record, please contact your local study center.

As a full time student at AU, you can also request a transcript of your results in STADS, which you can access via mystudies.au.dk. If you have questions regarding Student Self-Service, you can find help on the STADS support page.

If you are no longer a student at AU, you can request your transcript of records by contacting your local study center.

Mystudies.au.dk is your digital study environment. A single point of access, where you only have to log on once to gain direct access to, for instance
