DANISH STUDENTS’ GRANTS AND LOANS SCHEME OFFICE AT AU

The Danish Students’ Grants and Loans Scheme (SU) Office at Aarhus University provides guidance and processes applications for grants and loans, Youth Travel Cards and mileage allowance, as well as scholarships to study abroad for all current and future students at Aarhus University.

Atttention - Office closed

The SU-office is currently open but to a limited extent as a result of the Government's recommendations in connection with the Corona virus. 

The SU office can now be contacted by telephone on Tuesday and Thursday from 10 - 12. As the SU office is currently operating from home, you might experience disruptions and longer processing when you contact us. We apologize, but we will do what we can to answer your call.

Unfortunately personal contact is currently not possible due to COVID-19.


You can find answers to many SU questions at su.dk, at minSU or on this page. 

However, Danish Students' Grants and Loans Scheme Office can be contacted by sending an email from your AU student email
to su@au.dk, but due to limited capacity and limited access to the systems, you must expect a longer response time.

  • su@au.dk –  ALWAYS contact the Danish Students’ Grants and Loans Scheme Office via your AU student email account. You will find the email account at post.au.dk.

  • The Danish Students’ Grants and Loans Scheme Office is open:
    • Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10-12 (by phone)
    • Monday and Wednesday is closed
  • Unfortunately, personal contact is currently not possible.
