The Student counsellors' Office

The Student Counsellors

We are students and we can guide you about rules and options at your degree programme in relation to for example:

  • Illness
  • Exams
  • Courses and registration for courses
  • Preapproval and credit transfer
  • Planning of your degree programme
  • And much more

If we are not able to help you, we can inform you about where you can also get help.

Your student counsellors

In addition to sending us an email and booking a meeting, you can see in the table below when you can:

  • give us a call during our telephone hours on Tel. +45 93 52 26 98
  • use our drop-in counselling on campus: Fuglesangs Allé 4, 8210 Aarhus V, building 2610(S), room 421

Stop by and drop-in during the opening hours if you have a quick question for the student counsellors.

If you need to go into depth with questions about, for example, application for exemption and study planning, we recommend that you book a meeting instead.

You are always welcome to write to us on the day if you would like to request a counselling because our system for booked counselling shuts down for new bookings the day before. In most cases, we have available hours, which is why you are very welcome to write to us. Otherwise, you are always welcome to use our drop-in counselling.
