We’re moving to The University City from 15 December 2025
We’re excited to welcome you to our new premises at University City 75, Building 1854, Room 019.
From this date, both booked appointments and drop-in guidance will take place at the new location.
Between December 20 and January 1 (both dates inclusive), we will be closed for the Christmas holidays.

We are students and we can guide you about rules and options at your degree programme in relation to for example:
- Planning of your degree programme
- Illness
- Exams
- Courses and registration for courses
- Preapproval and credit transfer
If we are not able to help you, we can inform you about where you can also get help.
Stop by and drop-in during the opening hours if you have a quick question for us.
If you need to go into depth with questions about, for example, application for exemption and study planning, we recommend that you book a meeting instead.
You are always welcome to write to us on the day if you would like to request a counselling because our system for booked counselling shuts down for new bookings the day before. In most cases, we have available hours, which is why you are very welcome to write to us. Otherwise, you are always welcome to use our drop-in counselling.
