How to book vacant teaching rooms and group rooms
Roombooking.au.dk is an online requesting tool, which enables students at the Faculty of Arts to book vacant teaching rooms and group rooms.
You can book the rooms no earlier than 72 hours before, and it may be that your booking will be rejected or cancelled, because the rooms are to be used for teaching etc.
If you are unable to access the room booking system, please contact the Study Centre Arts in stead.
Which rooms can you book?
Teaching rooms can be booked in these areas:
- Katrinebjerg
- Nobelparken
- Moesgaard
- Tåsingegade
- Emdrup
Group study rooms can be booked in these areas:
- Nobelparken
- Emdrup

How to log in:
- User name : auAUID@uni.au.dk fx au123456@uni.au.dk (AU ID can be found at mit.au.dk)
- Password: Same password as the one attached to the AU ID (UNI-login at PC, eduroam etc.)
