All Student Services are gathered in one location at Universitetsbyen
Student Services (in Danish: Studieservice) is the name of the new centralised location where you can get help with questions about your studies or when you need IT support. You will find Student Services in Universitetsbyen, building 1854.
From now on, whenever you need help or have questions about transcripts, study planning, doubts about your studies, exchange opportunities, CV checks, or need assistance in getting a student card, retrieve lost items, log into new systems, understand Eduroam, or anything else – you should go to one place only.
At Student Services, you can receive help with:
- Study and career counselling
- IT Support
- Exchange programmes
If you are studying Law, Psychology, or Political Science/Social Science, your study and career counsellors and student counsellors, are now located in Universitetsbyen. You can no longer go to Tåsingegade for counselling and study information.
Student Services at Fuglesangs Allé will remain
Student Services at Fuglesangs Allé will remain in place until the campus is vacated.
If you are studying Economics and Business Administration, ITKO, Business Administration and Commercial Laws, Economics, or Public Policy, you will find your study and career counsellors and student counsellors in building 2610 (S), on the 4th floor. IT Support and Building Services are located in building 2628, room M21.
The university will vacate the facilities at Fuglesangs Allé in early 2026.
