Student life and facilities
At BTECH there are a number of rooms and small areas suitable for student work. You can study, have a meeting with your study group etc.
In the basement bar, Jigsaw Student Bar, you can challende your fellow students in darts, pool, table tennis and much more, and when the bar is open, you can enjoy a sfot drink or a beer. kan du udfordre dine medstuderende i dart, pool, bordtennis mm., og når baren er åben, kan du nyde en sodavand eller øl med dine medstuderende. Your student ID card gives you access to campus and the library outside the opening hours.
There are several student driven organisations at BTECH. Besides the studentbar you can join the student organisation HERU and the student house in Birk.
AU Library
At AU Library, BTECH in Herning you will primarily find books and journals on: engineering, management, marketing and economics. However, you are free to make use of all service locations at AU Library.

Bookstore - Stakbogladen Birk
Stakbogladen Birk is BTECH's local bookstore situated directly at campus. The book store gives you easy access to the books you need during your education.

Canteen
DinnerdeLuxe manages the canteen at the Department of Business Development and Technology. Its menu features hot and cold dishes as well as beverages.
You can find further information about the canteen, including opening hours, on the department's website.
HERU student association
The student association, HERU, is the all including association at campus arranging different events for Danish students as well as international students. You can become a HERU-volunteer and have your say in the different activities.

Jigsaw Student Bar
Find the bar in the basement right under room 8002-2131 baren i kælderen under lokale 8002-2131. Use the faceilities to hang out with your fellow students playing table tennis, darts or pool and when the bar is open you can have a drink. Follow Jigsaw Student Bar on instagram to see opening hours for the bar.
Students can access the basement facilities with the their student card at all times.
Business Factory
Business Factory is a innovation centre placed directly at campus. In Business Factory you can meet other students with a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, and students are also welcome to use the place as a study place or meeting point. If you have a good business idea you may be able to become a part of the start-up environment.
